Employers may create company profiles, post jobs, and review applicants. Employer access may be reviewed or restricted by Career In Defense.
Job Listings
Job listings must be accurate, lawful, and related to legitimate hiring needs. Career In Defense may edit, reject, or remove listings.
Resume Uploads
Users must not upload executable files, classified material, export-controlled data, or information they are not authorized to share.
Applications
Applications are submitted to employers for review. Career In Defense does not control employer hiring decisions.

No Employment Guarantee
Career In Defense does not guarantee job placement, interviews, offers, or employer hiring decisions.
No Security Clearance Guarantee
Career In Defense does not guarantee security clearance sponsorship, approval, adjudication, transfer, or maintenance.
